Exciting Announcements!

Hey everyone!! It’s been a while! I’ve been really busy, which is always awesome…but I’ve missed talking to everybody =)! I’m sure everyone’s back in school now and I hope it’s going well so far for ya’ll…=) Speaking of back to school…I’m SO excited to announce that I will be “Going Old School” for back to school. Wondering what that means?! Well, I am joining the fun in promoting “I <3 Real Time”….meaning I’m joining the creators of the Temptation of a Generation book series to promote real-time communication instead of all of the technology teens are wrapped up in these days (i.e. cell phones, computers, video games, TEXTING). We’re challenging teens to lessen their cell phone use, nourish their friendships through face-to-face communication, play sports rather than online virtual games, and maintain their privacy on social networking sites. I want us teens to remember what it was like when kids didn’t have cell phones by the age of 8. I want to help take us back to the days when we had real interaction and expressed emotions in person! We need to realize how awesome it is to actually SEE emotions rather than just an emoticon, and be able to actually laugh with the people we’re talking to instead of just saying LOL. This is such an amazing campaign and I’m honored to be a part of it! =)

Wondering how YOU can go old school like me? Here are some examples…1.) Leave your cell phones at home! I know it may be hard, but a majority of the time, we’re going to see our friends anyway, why do we need our cells? =D 2.) Talk to your friends instead of texting them! Remember when we used to call people? haha. 3.) Make real friends in real life instead of virtual friends online, in chat rooms, or through virtual games. Don’t you agree that it’s waaay better?! 4.) Play totally tubular games like Connect Four, Battleship and my personal favorite Twister, instead of online games! They’re so much more interactive and fun than online games. Plan a board game party with all of your friends! How totally awesome would that be?! =) And lastly. 5.) Privacy is definitely in – keep some things secret ;) Do you really need to tweet that you’re going to the bathroom!?

For more information on "Going Old School" and the Temptaion Series of books, visit their website at www.temptationseries.com

Anyways, I'm SO SO excited to be involved in this, and I can't wait to get started with everything and get this rolling. I hope y'all are with me on this, and are willing to challenge yourselves! =D I'll blog again very soon... =)

Love Ya'll,
Aria

Aria Update!

Hey Everyone! I hope everybody is doin awesome! Ya’ll will never guess what I got to do these past few days! OMW, I got to audition to be the new Clique Girl! If you guys haven’t heard of them, you will soon! You can look them up on YouTube and their official website www.cliquegirlz.com! They have the most incredible voices I’ve ever heard in my life! They’re a girl band, who can sing like crazy! Anyways, there are two sisters named Destinee and Paris Monroe, and their friend, the third girl, quit. So they auditioned thousands of girls all over the United States and even in Canada, to be the new third! I auditioned and got a callback! There were 35 girls that got called back (including me), and I’m telling you, every girl was AMAZING! They had voices like nobody else, and could reach incredible heights! After the audition on Saturday, we who got called back had that night to learn and know the Clique Girlz’ two hit songs, “Incredible” and “You Think”. So I got to work! I woke up on Sunday morning, and had NO VOICE! I didn’t know what I was going to do! But, after drinking a lot of tea, and singing a lot, I pulled through the hoarseness somehow!! Which was awesome, because out of the 35 girls they called back, and after all the intense cutting of girls, they had 14 left! Also including me! Yay! Then with the 14 left, we got to go in and learn harmonies with Destinee and Paris! It was so cool, and they are the sweetest girls ever! Then came the time to cut more girls, out of the 14, and after what they saw through the harmonies in each girl! I ended up being one of the final 3! I couldn’t believe it!! I was so shocked! It was a huge thing for me! That they even considered me was an honor, because Destinee and Paris are incredibly amazing! Out of the thousands of girls they auditioned! I just couldn’t believe it! Lol! Anyways, the next day we got to know Paris and Destinee more! They are the coolest most incredible girls I’ve ever met, and it was such an honor getting to meet and work with them! We rehearsed all of Monday to perform for the head CEO and producer of Interscope Records! He was the one that would make the final decision on who would be the next Clique Girl, based on what he himself heard out of each of the three girls! I did my best, but it turned out that my voice by the time it was time to perform for the label, it just gave out! I had lost my voice. I was so disappointed, but I guess I did the best I could at the time, and that was all I could do. Anyways, I didn’t get to be the 3rd Clique Girl, but I’m very very happy for the girl that made the Clique Girlz, and I would like to wish her all of my congratulations! I really had an amazing time throughout this process, and it was a dream come true to even get to audition! It was the opportunity of a lifetime! I truly enjoyed it! And a shout of to Destinee and Paris: Ya’ll are both “incredible” (no pun intented, lol!)! I hope to see both of you again in the near future, and good luck with everything! Anyways, I hope everybody had a great weekend (I sure did, lol!), and I’ll write again soon!

Much Love,
Aria

Happy New Year!!!

Hey Everyone! I hope all of ya’ll had an awesomazable holiday season!! I sure did! It was so awesome getting to see all of my family and friends! I’ve missed them so much! Oh, and guess what??!! I got to do the coolest thing ever!!! I got to meet Piper from the hit YouTube show “Piper’s Picks”, and I got to do an interview with her!!! Oh yeah! It was so awesome! She is so cool, and it was so much fun! I hope to see her and her amazing family again soon! Anyways, I wanted to tell everyone about this place that I went to in Alabama, called “The Basement”! The reason it’s called The Basement, is because the 25 year old man that began it first did it in his basement! It is a Christian ministry that over 7,000 people go to every Tuesday night at 6:00!! It is what most people call a “club for Jesus”! Mainly geared towards people ages 12-18, but it is for all ages! And let me tell you this, I’ve never before seen anything like it! It is the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen! People get up on this gigantic stage in the middle of a huge church, and perform Christian rap and rock songs, everyone get’s so into worshiping God!! Everyone there is so friendly and awesome, and they preach a sermon throughout it, and perform skits! The man that started this whole thing (that has been in business for about 4 years) Matt Pitt, is 25 years old, and can preach like nobody I’ve ever seen before! He really touches you and reaches out to you! It’s so amazing! I encourage every Christian, and people that are looking for some kind of amazing faith to go to The Basement! You definitely will never regret it! For more information about it, go to “www.thebasementonline.com”; they have some really cool videos of people who have gone to it’s testimony’s, and they tell all about it! Anyways, I had a wonderful vacation, and I hope everyone did too! Happy New Year, and I wish everyone all the best throughout 2009!!

Much Love,
Aria

More Catch Up!

Hey Everyone! I hope everybody’s great! I just got back from an incredible weekend, in which I got to attend the “Evening With The Stars 2008″ event, and “The 62nd Annual Mother Goose Parade”! They were both amazing, and I had such a blast at both! Little miss gymnast, my sister Daylia, also had her States competition Saturday morning, and she did awesome as usual! At the Parade I got to see a lot of my very good friends, including Jennette McCurdy, and Sammi Hanratty! I got to ride through the parade in a gorgeous yellow 58′ Corvette! It was awesomazable! There were over 150,000 people there! A lot, huh!? Did ya’ll know that the “Mother Goose Parade” is the third largest Parade in the Nation, Macy’s Day being the first, and Rose Bowl being the second! How cool is that?! It was an honor being able to ride in the parade! Anyways, I’m super busy, as usual, and I’m having so much fun! I hope ya’ll are all doing awesome, and I’ll write again soon!

Both Events Update!

Hey Everyone! I hope ya'll are doing great! I sure am! Saturday was LOOOOOOADS of fun! The "Power of Youth" event was absolutely awesomazable! I got to walk down the red carpet, with hundreds of my favorite celebrities, and some great friends in the business! I got to do lots of interviews with many of my most fav magazines! Then after I walked the carpet, I got to go inside this huge outdoor area (of course it sprinkled rain, hehe!) and do all kinds of fun stuff! We got to create our own jeans! Adding patches, and jewels, and everything! It was amazing! Then, I had to leave that event, to go to another fantabulous event, in which I won "Best Youth Actress" award, at "Kids in Film Best of Fest Awards! It was an incredible honor! They also played my movie "Roxy Hunter and The Myth of The Mermaid", and I got to sign lots of autographs! It too, was absolutely amazing! I had such a blast! Anyway, I'll update more soon! I leave for Toronto on Friday for my concert on Saturday! I'll definitely update on Monday!
